How often does data sync from Box+Dice to Agora Insights?
The aim is for any changes in Box+Dice to appear in Agora Insights within 15 minutes of a change, but depending on the time of day, there might be up to 1 hour delay.
Why are some live sales marked in red?
We consider a sale life 'invalid' if it meets one or more of the following criteria:
- Gross commission is negative
- Gross Commission < gross commission less deductions
- Office split % is negative
- Office gross income is negative
- Gross commission < sum (agent commission splits)
- Office gross income < sum (agent commission splits)
- Gross commission < office gross income
