What does "ampersand symbol hasn't been escaped" Mean? This means that somewhere in the XML there is an "&" which the receiving party cannot process. The client will need to remove the "&" symbol and replace it with the word "and"
Advertising Campaign Item sync - Realhub This allows campaigns to be pulled from Realhub/HQ back into Box+Dice.
Advertising Copy sync default - Realhub/RedHQ Do you want this to remain set as "Enter into Boxdice+Dice and push to Realhub/HQ"? or changed to "Enter into Realhub/HQ and pull into Box+Dice"? This can be changed within each listing, but this setting is what the default direction should be.
Automatic Image sync - Realhub This feature automatically replaces all images in B+D with those in Realhub/HQ. If there are no images in HQ then any images that are in B+D will be wiped. Therefore sometimes clients prefer to disable this during the transition so photos don't get wiped. They can still be retrieved manually within the photo section. Once everyone is happy that photos are entered and up-to-date within HQ, the automatic sync can be turned back on.
Why are the images from the Media Vendor not downloading for this listing? Listing Address: "Queens" Penthouse, 123 Test Street The address contains quotation marks (""), and the inner quotes are not escaped, similar to the first issue above. Removing the quotes in BD, resyncing them to HQ, and downloading the images will work once the quote marks are removed.
