About the Pricefinder integration
Pricefinder provides property data and analytics, and integrating it with Box+Dice allows you to access their property information without leaving the platform.
To enable the integration you must have an active Pricefinder subscription to enable the integration.
What data is available
When linked, the following property data can be downloaded from Pricefinder into a Box+Dice property record:
- Property attributes: Beds, Baths, Car spaces, Garages, House size, Land size, Section, Block
- Sales history
- Property images
- Estimated valuations, including the Automated Valuation Model (AVM)
This ensures your property records are accurate and up-to-date, saving time and manual data entry.
How to sync property information
To import data from Pricefinder:
- Open the Add/Edit Property screen in Box+Dice
- Choose one of the following options:
- Get missing property details from Pricefinder – fills only empty fields without overwriting existing data
- Fill in all property details from Pricefinder – replaces all existing property information with Pricefinder data
- Click Add Property or Save to complete the sync
Tip: Use the first option if you want to preserve manually entered details while filling gaps.
