The Custom Date/Time Stamp Format setting allows you to define how dates are displayed when using the [Current Date:Custom] merge field in a Library Template.
You can customise the order and presentation of date components to match your agency's preferred formatting standards.
Custom date formats are built using a combination of format segments and style segments.
- Format segments determine the date components that are displayed, such as the day, month, and year
- Style segments determine how those components are separated, such as using a slash (/), comma (,), or space
Manage custom date and time stamp formats
To configure a custom date format:
- Go to: Settings > Library > Custom Date/Time Stamp
- Drag the required format segments into the Format Display section
- Use the available style segments to define how the date components are separated
- Review the displayed format
- Click Save to apply your changes
