About the PrvSale detailed reports
The PrvSale Detailed reports only include listings that meet specific visibility, sale type, and vendor activity requirements.
This ensures the data reflects:
- Active, valid private sales
- Completed vendor engagement
- Listings suitable for performance and activity analysis
Note: Listings that fail to meet any of the required criteria will be excluded from both reports.
Understand which listings are included
To appear in either PrvSale Detailed report, a listing must meet all of the criteria below.
Listing inclusion criteria:
- The listing is not hidden
- The listing type is a private sale
- The listing must not be:
- Auction
- Forthcoming Auction
- Conjunction Auction
- The listing must not be:
- At least one vendor is attached to the listing
- The vendor contact must have a Vendor activity logged in their contact timeline
Access the report
- Go to the Sales Listings search screen
- Filter and select desired listings
- Click Library
- Click either the PrvSale Detailed(A) report (sorted alphabetically by street name) or PrvSale Detailed($) report (sorted lowest to highest by search price from)
