About the PrvSale detailed reports

The PrvSale Detailed reports only include listings that meet specific visibility, sale type, and vendor activity requirements.

This ensures the data reflects:

  • Active, valid private sales
  • Completed vendor engagement
  • Listings suitable for performance and activity analysis
Note: Listings that fail to meet any of the required criteria will be excluded from both reports.

Understand which listings are included

To appear in either PrvSale Detailed report, a listing must meet all of the criteria below.

Listing inclusion criteria:

  • The listing is not hidden
  • The listing type is a private sale
    • The listing must not be: 
      • Auction
      • Forthcoming Auction
      • Conjunction Auction
  • At least one vendor is attached to the listing
  • The vendor contact must have a Vendor activity logged in their contact timeline

Access the report

  • Go to the Sales Listings search screen
  • Filter and select desired listings
  • Click Library

  • Click either the PrvSale Detailed(A) report (sorted alphabetically by street name) or PrvSale Detailed($) report (sorted lowest to highest by search price from)
