Overview
The Debtors Report shows outstanding invoices related to commissions, advertising, and general expenses. This report helps you monitor financial obligations across listings and offices.
Customise debtors report
You can tailor the report to your business needs using filters and column options.
- Go to: Accounting > Sales > Statements
In the Filter section:
- Select the relevant Office if your system has multiple
- Tick Not Settled to view invoices for sold listings

Select the Outstanding Balance:
- Tick Covered by Trust Funds - Funds available in the ledger or,
- Tick Not Covered by Trust Funds - Insufficient funds in the ledger
- Select all Invoice Type or specific types
- Select other Statuses as needed
- Click the Columns selector box at the top right to add more columns to your report
- Tick the checkboxes to add columns like Image, Ledger, Vendor Invoices Due, etc
Once the columns are selected from this box you will see the report on your screen.
Export debtors report
To export debtors report to CSV:
- Tick the checkbox to select all rows
- Click Export to CSV to download
To save to PDF:
- Tick the checkbox to select all rows
Note: If you choose Save to PDF, the report will use a fixed format. Any columns you've added or removed will not appear in the PDF. To include custom columns, use Export to CSV instead.
- Click Save to PDF
Note: If your selection goes over multiple pages, only those invoices actually visible on the screen will be included in the export to PDF or CSV. Adjust the entry/page counter to include more.
