About Cotality/CoreLogic (RP Data)

The Cotality/CoreLogic (RP Data) integration links your Box+Dice account to your Cotality/CoreLogic RP Data account, enabling you to import property information directly. This includes:

  • Property images
  • Property details (beds, baths, cars, etc.)
  • Estimated valuation range and confidence level
  • Recent sales information

Once the integration is enabled, it will help reduce manual data entry and ensure your property records are accurate and up-to-date.

To link a property to Cotality/CoreLogic:

  • Go to: Properties
  • Search and select the relevant property
  • Click Link with RP Data next to the photo box

  • Select the correct RP Data property by clicking Use this one
  • Click Add Property or Save to complete the linking

RP data upgrade

RP Data has updated their API. Box+Dice have completed work behind the scenes to minimise disruption, but certain tasks must be completed before using the new integration.

Tasks for Admin Users
  • Log in to Box+Dice and navigate to Settings > Integrations
  • Click the Enabled button on the RP Data tile

  • Disable all offices by unchecking the boxes next to each office name, then close the modal

  • Click the Disabled button on the CoreLogic integration tile and enable the integration for the offices you wish to activate
Tasks for Staff Users

After the admin has completed their task, log in to Box+Dice and attempt to link a property to RP Data. 

To link a property to RP Data:

  • Go to: Properties
  • Search and select the relevant property
  • Click Link with RP Data next to the photo box

A modal will display requiring your authorisation. 

  • Click Authorise 

  • Enter your RP Data credentials on the login page
  • If you do not have them, contact RP Data or use the Forgot username and password option

Once authorised, you can retrieve data as before.

Download property images from Cotality/CoreLogic

Once a property is linked, you can fetch property images from RP Data.

  • Locate and open the property’s Property Details screen
  • Click Fetch Property Images from RP Data
Note: This option is only available once the property is linked. Images, if available, will download in the background, allowing you to continue working. A popup notification will appear when the process is complete.

Download property details from Cotality/CoreLogic

To sync property information directly from RP Data to Box+Dice:

  • Go to: Add/Edit Property screen
  • Select one of the following options:
  • Get missing property details from Cotality/CoreLogic – fills only blanks, leaving existing data intact
  • Fill in all property details from Cotality/CoreLogic – overwrites existing property data with RP Data information

Estimated valuation ranges, confidence levels, and sales history are displayed in the Appraisals section only. 

Note: To disable the property data integration, untick the relevant Offices, then click Deactivate.
