What is CoreLogic (RP Data) Integration?

Property Data Integration links Box+Dice to your Corelogic RP Data account to import property information into Box+Dice, including:

  • property images
  • property details - beds baths cars etc
  • estimated valuation range and confidence level
  • recent sales information.

Link a Property to CoreLogic (RP Data) (AU Only)

Linking a Box+Dice property to RP Data takes as little as one click, and brings RP Property Details directly into your property screen.

  1. Click Link with RP Data to the right of the photo box.
  2. Select the correct RP Data property to link by clicking Use this one.
  3. Click Add Property or Save.

Download property images from CoreLogic (RP Data)

  1. Locate the property and open the Property details screen.
  2. Click Fetch Property Images from RP Data.
    (this option is only available once a property is linked)
  3. If there are images available on RP Data they will be copied down in the background. You can continue working and a popup will let you know when complete.

To sync information, go to the Add/Edit Property screen.

Click one of the two options:

  1. Get missing property details from CoreLogic - will fill any blanks where data is available but will not overwrite existing values.

  2. Fill in all property details from CoreLogic - will clear existing values and replace with data from CoreLogic.

*Please note the estimated valuation range, confidence level and sales history display on Appraisals only.
