About Lead Flow tasks
Lead Flow tasks are tasks created for contacts directly from the Call Sheet within Lead Flow. These tasks follow the same creation process as standard tasks but are automatically tagged as Lead Flow tasks.
This makes it easier to identify and manage lead-related follow-ups within your workflow. Once created, these tasks can be viewed and filtered in the Task Manager.
Access Lead Flow tasks
Lead Flow tasks can be accessed and managed from the Task Manager screen or directly within a Lead List.
- Navigate via Side Menu >Tasks
- Or access tasks from within a Lead List via Lead Flow
Create a Lead Flow task
Lead Flow tasks are created while working through the Call Sheet in a Lead List.
- Go to: Lead Flow
- Click into a Lead List
- Click View Call Sheet
- Work through the Call Sheet and enter any relevant details
- At Were you able to contact the lead, select Yes or No
- Click Create Task (available for both options)
- Complete the fields in the task window:
- Subject (mandatory)
- Task type
- Due date and optional reminder
- Link to related Contact and/or Property
- Assign to specific Consultant(s) (defaults to you)
- Note (typically completed after the task is done)
- Click Save
The task is successfully created and linked to the selected Contact and/or Property.
Lead Flow tasks are automatically tagged, allowing you to quickly filter and identify them within the Task Manager.
