About multiple appraisals
By default, Box+Dice permits only one current appraisal per property when the contact records are exactly the same.
If you attempt to create another appraisal activity for the same contact and property, you will receive a message advising that an appraisal activity already exists between the contact and property.
In most cases, it is recommended that you cancel the older appraisal and create a new one. This helps maintain an accurate appraisal history.
Some offices may require multiple appraisals for the same contact and property combination. In these circumstances, the Multiple Appraisals setting can be enabled.
Enable multiple appraisals
To enable multiple appraisals:
- Go to: Settings > Appraisals > Multiple Appraisals
- Tick Yes
Note: With Multiple Appraisal Activities enabled, different consultants will be able to appraise the same property with the same contact at the same time. Consultants will only be able to modify their own Appraisal Details.
