Where do I set the schedules for E-Alerts?
You can't, they will automatically go out each day between 5pm - 8pm.

Where do I choose the template that the client will receive?
Your administrator should have set this up for you, however, you can find it in Settings > Automations > E-Alerts Setup.

What does the sender in Settings do compared to the sender I choose on a contact?
Sender in Settings is the default; if you do not have a sender chosen on the contact's Matching Criteria, it will be sent from this sender. Or you can set the default sender from Settings > Automations > E-Alerts Setup.

How can I see what the client may receive on any given day?
There is a 'preview' option within each matching criteria on the contact.

Can I set up multiple matching criteria?
Yes you can

Can I send a manual e-Alert to a contact?
No, as E-Alerts are sent daily now there is no need to do this. The contact will automatically receive one the day you turn it on for them (provided there is a listing matching their criteria).
