About Agora Insights integration
Agora Insights is a powerful analytics and reporting platform designed to give your network, office or team clear visibility into performance trends. By integrating with Box+Dice, it presents your CRM data in interactive dashboards that support better‑informed business decisions. Agora Insights for Living tracks productivity understands sales performance and identifies opportunities across their teams.

Reporting behaviour and data accuracy
Understand how reporting data flows from Box+Dice into Agora Insights and why some sales may appear flagged for review.
Data sync timing
Agora Insights regularly receives updated data from Box+Dice. The expected timeframe for updates is:
- Approximately 15 minutes for most changes to appear
- Up to one hour during peak activity periods
This ensures dashboards remain current while allowing for natural processing delays.
About red-flagged live sales
Some live sales may appear highlighted in red to indicate that the financial values associated with the sale may be incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent. This visual alert helps you quickly identify sales records that need attention before they affect reporting accuracy.
A live sale is marked as invalid when it meets one or more of the following conditions:
- Gross commission is negative
- Gross commission is less than gross commission after deductions
- Office split % is negative
- Office gross income is negative
- Gross commission is less than the combined agent commission splits
- Office gross income is less than the combined agent commission splits
- Gross commission is less than office gross income
Sign up for Agora Insights
To sign up:
- Contact your Box+Dice Account Manager and request subscription details for Agora Insights
- Review and complete the required paperwork
- Once confirmed, the Onboarding team will configure your Agora Insights environment and finalise setup
