About Business Planning KPI report
Business Planning KPI reports help you track performance for an individual agent or office. These reports summarise productivity, financials and planning periods to support ongoing performance management. Users edit these reports to keep KPI settings accurate and aligned with business goals.
Manage existing KPI reports
Locate and edit an existing KPI management report.
To edit an existing KPI report:
- Go to: Agora
- Locate the report for the relevant agent or office
- Select the pencil icon next to the date created under Manage KPIs
Recreate a KPI report
Some key Business Planning settings cannot be updated after a report has been created. When you need to adjust these values, you must delete the existing report and create a new one.
You must create a new report if you need to change:
- Business planning time frame
- Business Planning Year
- Calculate financials by
- Calculate listings by
To recreate a KPI report:
- Open the existing KPI report
- Click the delete option to remove it
- Create a new report
- Re‑enter the required settings and save
