About the contact snapshot report
The Contact Snapshot report provides a streamlined overview of selected contacts, combining key contact details with activity history and contextual insights.
It is designed for quick review, allowing users to understand contact engagement, status, and recent interactions without needing to analyse a full detailed report.
Compared to the related report, Contact Detailed, the Contact Snapshot offers the same core information with additional fields to surface more relevant insights at a glance.
Run a contact snapshot report
To generate a Contact Snapshot report:
- Go to: Contacts
- Filter your contacts
- Select the desired contacts
- Click Choose Report
- Select Contact Snapshot
- Click View Report
Understand the differences
Both the Contact Snapshot and Contact Detailed reports provide the same core information:
- Contact details
- Summary / activities
- Notes
The Contact Snapshot report also includes additional fields:
- Categories
- Recent interests
The Contact Snapshot is ideal for quick insights, while the Contact Detailed report is better suited for reviewing complete contact records.
Review key highlights
The Contact Snapshot report presents information in a structured layout for easy review:
- Contact details - Displays name, phone, email, and address
- Categories - Shows classifications such as My Contact, Migrated Contact, or Potential Vendor
- Recent interest - Displays the latest property or interaction associated with the contact
- Summary - Provides an overview of buyer or vendor activity and status
- Notes - Highlights important contact notes or preferences
These reports will provide the same information, however, the new Contact Snapshot adds a few extra pieces of information.
