Box+Dice automatically logs users out of the system after 12 hours of inactivity. This setting is designed to improve security by reducing the risk of unauthorised access.
Request a change to the timeout duration
If you need to adjust the session timeout period, Box+Dice Support can modify the setting for you. The duration can be configured between 1 hour and 72 hours.
Important: To request a change, the request must come directly from the Director of the company in an email to: CS.Boxdice@mrisoftware.com
This setting has been implemented to improve security. It applies to all users, regardless of whether they use Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, or neither.
