Generate a rental stocklist
The Rentals section of the CRM works similarly to the Sales section, providing tools to manage and report on rental listings. The rental stocklist report allows users to view selected listings in a structured format for tracking and presentation purposes.
To generate a rental stocklist report:
- Go to Rentals
- Apply filters to display the required listings
- Select the listings to include in the report
- Click Choose Report
- Select the Listing Rental Custom Stocklist or Rental Stocklist report option
- Click View Report
The report will display the listings selected.
- Click Download to save an offline copy
Ensure filters are applied correctly before generating the report to include only the relevant listings.
