The Action Date is a field on a rental listing in Box+Dice that indicates when a property is expected to become available for re-leasing. It is typically filled in when a tenant gives notice to vacate, giving your team a clear target date to begin re-leasing activity.
The Action Date is set directly on the rental listing. To locate it:
- Go to: Rentals > Listings
- Search for and open the relevant rental listing
- Click the Edit (pencil) icon to open the listing details
- Locate the Action Date field within the listing form
- Enter or update the date, then click Save
