Overview
Box+Dice keeps a record of all past contact imports, allowing you to download the original file, check results, and view individual records. This is useful for troubleshooting import issues or confirming what data was uploaded.
Review contact import records
To review your contact import history:
- Go to: Contacts
- Click More > Import
- In the top‑right corner, click Previous Imports
- Scroll through the list — the latest import appears at the bottom
- Click the Download icon to download a copy of the original import CSV
- Click the Filename to open the review screen
Review individual records
On the import review screen, you can:
- Scroll through the results to view each imported record
- Use the icons under the Actions column to:
- View detailed import results for a specific contact
- Jump directly to that contact in the system
