About property view types
Property View Types is a field available in the advanced property information section. You can use it to describe the view associated with a property, such as Hills, Bay, or Ocean.
Property view types can also be used in conjunction with matching criteria to help identify properties that meet a contact's requirements.
Manage property view types
You can add, edit, or remove property view types to suit your business requirements.
To add property view types:
- Go to: Settings > Properties > Property View Types
- Click + Add property view type
- Enter a property view type, such as Hills, Bay, or Ocean
- Click Save
- Repeat the process to add additional property view types
To edit an existing property view type:
- Select the property view type you want to update
- Edit the name
- Click Save
To delete an existing property view type:
- Select the property view type
- Select the Trash Bin icon
- Click Ok to confirm
