Learn how to use building materials in property records and manage the available building material types used throughout Box and Dice.
Building Material is a property field available in the advanced property information section. It allows you to record the primary building material used for a property and can be used in conjunction with matching criteria when searching for suitable properties.
You can customise the list of available building material types by adding, editing, or removing options.
To manage building materials:
- Go to: Settings > Properties > Building Material
To add a new building material:
- Click the + button
- Enter the Building Material Name
- Click Save
To edit an existing building material:
- Select the material
- Make your changes
- Click Save
To remove a building material:
- Select the material
- Click the trash bin icon
