Summary
Learn how to enable Box+Dice’s two‑way calendar integration with Google Calendar or Office 365, see where your events appear, and control invitations to contacts.
This article covers:
How it works
Box+Dice supports two‑way syncing of your agency calendar (inspections, appraisals, auctions, and appointments) with either Google Calendar or Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook), so updates flow between Box+Dice and your calendar of choice.
| Outlook | Gmail |
When you first enable the integration, appointments in your Box+Dice calendar (including inspections, appraisals, auctions and appointments) will be synchronised to your Office365 or Google calendar. This includes:
- All past appointments from the beginning of the current calendar month
- All future appointments
You will see a new calendar available in Google or Outlook called Box+Dice. This is where your Box+Dice appointments can be seen; appointments you create there will be visible in Box+Dice too.
Changes you make to events in Google Calendar or Outlook on the Box+Dice calendar reflect back in Box+Dice.
Enable the integration
