Chrome automatically blocks pop-ups by default and notifies you when a pop-up has been prevented from opening. Some Box+Dice features may open in a separate browser window, which can be blocked by these settings. Allowing pop-ups for Box+Dice ensures these features work as intended.
To allow pop-ups:
- Select Preferences from the Google Chrome menu
- Select Settings
- Under Privacy and security, select Site settings
- In the Pop-ups and redirects section, select Add under the Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects section
- Enter the Box+Dice URL containing boxdice.com.au
- Close the Settings window
Allow a blocked pop-up
If Chrome blocks a pop-up while you are using Box+Dice, you can allow it directly from the browser notification.
- Select the pop-up blocker notification icon in the Chrome address bar
- Select Always allow pop-ups and redirects
- Select Done
