Champion role overview
A champion is the designated person at your office responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Box+Dice.
This person is your strongest user and serves as the primary contact to answer general questions from other users within their office. Every Box+Dice client or business must appoint a champion to ensure the success of the system.
If any staff member has a question, they must first speak to the champion. The champion will then contact the Box+Dice Support Team if further assistance is needed, acting as the main point of contact.
Champion role requirements
A Champion user must:
- Be a full-time employee
- Have an administrative role
- Possess strong computer skills
- Be willing to take responsibility for the application and support other office users
