About rental listings
Rental listings can be added in Box+Dice to ensure properties are displayed on your company website and can be portal loaded to external listing sites. This functionality enables agencies to manage both sales and rental properties within a single system.
Rental listings use shared property records with sales listings, allowing for consistent property data across both modules. The rental feature must be enabled before it becomes available in your account.
Enable rental functionality
Rental functionality is an optional feature within Box+Dice. If the Rentals option is not visible in the Properties screen, it must be enabled.
- If Rentals are not visible, raise a support ticket to request access
- There is no additional charge for enabling Rentals
Add a rental listing
To add a rental listing:
- Go to: Properties from the sidebar
- Search for the property by entering the address (property records are shared between Sales and Rentals)
- If the address is not found, click + Add in the top left corner to create a new property
- In the Transactions panel, click Add
- Under Rental Transaction, click Add Listing
If the property already exists, reuse the existing record instead of creating a duplicate to ensure data consistency across Sales and Rentals.
