About lead lists
A Lead List is a collection or grouping of appraisal leads. Lead lists allow you to organise and manage your prospecting efforts more effectively by grouping similar leads together.
Lead lists can be created in multiple ways, giving you flexibility to manage leads based on your workflow and prospecting strategy.
Create lead lists
Lead lists can be created and populated in the following ways:
Manually create a lead list
- Go to: Lead Flow
- A default Lead List is already available
- Click Add in the top-right to create a new Lead List
- Enter Lead List Name
- Select Lead Type
- Enter Notes
- Click Save
You can then add contacts to the Lead list.
Link a contact filter
- Use filters from your Contacts to generate a Lead List
Automatically created by third-party lead providers
- Leads from third-party providers can be added automatically to dedicated Lead Lists
- Click on a Lead List name to open and work with the leads in that list
Manage lead lists and leads
Lead lists help streamline your prospecting process by keeping leads organised and making it easier to take action from a single screen.
You can manage Lead Lists and individual leads using the available actions:
Lead list options:
- Click the ellipsis next to a list to:
- Assign the list to another user (e.g. when going on leave)
- Archive the list
- Edit the name or add a note
- Archived Lead Lists can be accessed via the More menu
Working with leads:
- Open a Lead List to view leads
- Prepare for calls by reviewing the Timeline or Call Sheet
- Click the ellipsis on a lead to:
- Remove the lead from the list
- Reassign the lead to another consultant
- Select multiple leads and use the Actions menu to manage them in bulk
