Lead Capture matches enquiries to listings using the Listing address. If the address on the Ingested enquiry is not an exact match for the listing in Box+Dice, then the enquiry address may show as blank.
To resolve this for future enquiries, ensure that the address in Box+Dice is an exact match for the address on the Portals.
