Learn how to manage your REA settings to allow Box+Dice to process leads while keeping other providers active.
Overview
Box+Dice uses the REA API to retrieve enquiries via Lead Capture and Lead Flow, even if your listings are uploaded to realestate.com.au from a different provider. This ensures all enquiries are captured in Box+Dice without disrupting your existing listing workflow.
Realestate.com.au now manages listing uploader and CRM changes directly through Ignite.
To change your listing uploader to Box+Dice, you must follow Realestate.com.au’s official process, which outlines how to:
- Copy your existing listings to your new CRM
- Have your new CRM match your listings to prevent duplicates
- Switch over publishing access from your old CRM to your new one
Once you’ve completed the steps in Ignite, coordinate directly with Box+Dice Support to set up the supplier in the back end.
We can then organise the matching or importing of listings available in the API for your Agency ID

Once submitted, Lead Capture and/or Lead Flow will be available in Box+Dice.
