Manage lead capture access for an office

Learn how to enable or disable Lead Capture for individual offices, giving you control over which offices receive web enquiries.

Overview

Lead Capture allows offices to receive web enquiries automatically from supported property portals. Once the module is enabled for at least one office, additional offices can be activated or deactivated as needed.

Enable lead capture for an office

To enable lead capture for an office:

  • Go to: Settings > Automations
  • Select Lead Capture
  • Select the Office you want to configure

  • Click Activate
  • Click Activate to enable Lead Capture for that office

Once you click Activate for an office, the Edit Office screen appears. 

  •  Tick Enable processing of Rental listings through Lead Capture to include rental enquiries in Lead Capture
  •  Tick Enable auto-responder to automatically send a thank-you email to contacts when their enquiry is ingested
  • Select an Auto-Responder Template
  •  Enter a custom message in the text box

If left blank, the default message will be used.

  • Click Save to apply your changes

Once saved, the office will start receiving Lead Capture enquiries.

Disable lead capture for an office

To disable lead capture for an office:  

  • Go to: Settings > Automations
  • Select Lead Capture
  • Select the Office you want to configure

  • Click Deactivate to disable Lead Capture for that office

Once saved, the office will no longer receive Lead Capture enquiries.

Tip: If the client qualification function is not enabled for all offices and you have admin-level access, you will see lead capture enquiries for all offices regardless of office activation.
