How it works

REA Project Lead Capture allows project enquiries from realestate.com.au to flow automatically into Box+Dice. To enable this, your REA Project ID and Box+Dice Master Listing ID must be correctly linked in Settings.

Enable REA project lead capture

To enable REA Project Lead Capture if the project already exists:

• Go to: Settings > Properties 
• Click Buildings/Projects
• Click the Edit button 
• Enter the Project ID from REA 
• Enter the Master Listing ID

If you’re creating a new project:

• Go to: Settings > Properties > Buildings/Projects
• Enter the following details:
  • Project Name – Name of your project
  • Project ID – Provided by REA (starts with 6000)
  • Master Listing ID – Copied from your Box+Dice project listing URL
• Click the + Add to save

Project ID and Master Listing ID

The Project and Master Listing IDs act as the connection between your REA Project Profile and your Box+Dice project listing, allowing leads from realestate.com.au to route correctly into your CRM.

When these IDs are correctly paired, Box+Dice can automatically recognise and import enquiries from REA to the right project record.

Project ID (REA)

The Project ID is a unique code that identifies your project in REA’s system. 
To find it:

• Log in to Agent Admin on realestate.com.au
• Go to the Project Profiles page
• Locate your project — the Project ID will be displayed there (it always starts with 6000)

Master Listing ID (Box+Dice)

The Master Listing ID identifies the project listing in Box+Dice that is uploaded to the portals. 
To find it:

• Go to: Sales > Projects in Box+Dice
• Select the master project listing used for portals
• Copy the digits at the end of the listing URL in your browser

The digits at the end of the URL are your Master Listing ID.

• Paste this number into the Master Listing ID field when enabling the REA Project Lead Capture

Configure REA native lead ads

To capture REA Native Lead Ads directly in Box+Dice, configuration must be completed on both sides:

• Ensure you have an active project profile in REA.
• In REA’s Native Wizard tool, provide your Project Profile ID (starts with 6000).

• Once this is complete, they can send you a test lead so that you can check Box & Dice is also configured correctly
