Summary
Learn how to view listing record logs to identify when a listing was created and who cancelled it.
Record logs provide a history of activity performed against a listing, including when it was created and cancelled.
To access a listing's record logs:
- Go to: Sales > Listings
- Open the listing
- Click the ellipsis in the top-right corner
- Select Record Logs
This will open the System Logs relating to the listing.
To find creation and cancellation details:
- Use the Text Search field and search for cancelled
The search results will show when the listing was created and who cancelled it.
