Summary
Box+Dice System Logs can be used to track changes made to contact records. If you need to identify updates made to a My Contact record, you can use the Action: Contact - Unique Category Change log type to view the details of those changes.

Finding My Contact Change Logs
Step 1: Open System Logs
Step 2: Filter for Contact Category Changes
Within the System Logs screen:
- Locate the Category or Action Type filter
- Search for and select: Action: Contact - Unique Category Change
This log category records changes to contact category values, including updates made to 'My Contact' records where the unique category assignment has been modified.
Step 3: Apply Additional Filters (Optional)
To narrow the results, you can apply one or more of the following filters:
- Date Range: Search for changes made within a specific period
- Consultant: If you know who made the changes select their name in the filter dropdown
- Consultant Office: If you know which office made the changes select the office in the filter dropdown
Step 4: Review the Log Entry
The log results will typically display information such as:

Common Use Cases
Audit Contact Ownership Changes
Review when contacts were assigned or removed from the My Contact category.
