Learn how to use System Logs to identify who deleted an appraisal and review the associated property activity.
System Logs record appraisal activity and can help you identify when an appraisal was deleted and who performed the action.
To review a deleted appraisal:
- Open the property and note the Property ID from the URL
- Go to: More > System Logs
- Enter the Property ID into the Text Search field
The log entry you need to locate will be titled:
"User created an appraisal - archived activity between Contact Name and Property Address"
