About project property listings
Project property listings allow individual properties within a building or development to be marketed and managed as part of a single project. Each property must be linked to a building or project so it can appear in the project’s listing view and reporting.
There are two ways to list project properties in Box+Dice, depending on whether you are working with one property or many.
Note: Each property must be attached to a building or project to appear in the project listing transaction.
List a single project property
Use this option when listing one property at a time.
- Navigate to the property you want to list
- Open the Transaction panel
- Click + Add
- Select Add project listing
The property will now appear as part of the project listing.
List multiple project properties in bulk
Use this option when listing several properties within the same project.
- Go to: Properties > Projects
- Filter by the project name
- Select the properties you want to list
- Click Mark as listed
- Open Listing information
- Edit the listing details as required
Tip: Bulk listing helps maintain consistency across multiple properties and reduces manual updates.
