Overview
Project listings use visual indicators to show whether a property is associated with a project and whether it has an active reservation. These indicators are available both when searching for projects and when viewing individual listings.
Knowing how to find projects and recognise project listings helps you quickly confirm availability, distinguish project sales from standard residential listings, and monitor reservation status without opening each listing individually.
Find projects using filters
You can locate projects and their listings directly from the Projects screen using filters.
To search for a project or property:
- Go to: Sales > Projects
- Enter the street number or street name in the Address field
- Refine the results using the default filters:
- Owners
- Appraisals
- Listings
- Sales
You can also apply additional filters such as:
- Date range
- Consultants
- Offices
- Territories
- Property areas
- Suburbs
- Tags
Projects can also be filtered through the Building Projects field.
To find a project by name:
- Go to: Properties > Projects
- In the filters panel, scroll to Buildings/Projects
- Enter the project name in the search field
- Select the project from the filtered list
Once selected, the results update to show all listings associated with that project, along with a project summary at the top.

The Projects screen provides a high‑level overview of all project listings.
Each listing displays a status on the right‑hand side, which works the same way as standard residential sales listings. This status indicates whether the listing:
- Is part of a project sale
- Has a reservation
Listings associated with a project also display a yellow project name label under the address. Selecting this label opens the associated project.

When opening an individual listing, it is clearly shown whether the listing:
- Is a project sale
- Has an active reservation
These indicators are displayed directly within the listing, allowing users to confirm project status without returning to the Projects screen.
