About buildings and projects
Buildings and Projects allow you to group and manage related property listings within Vault. Project records can also be configured to support enquiry management from property portals and help you organise properties that belong to the same development or project.
Each project can include a project name, Project ID, and Master Listing ID depending on your business requirements and portal integrations.
Understand project identifiers
Project ID - Is an identification code assigned to a project profile by REA when the project is created through Agent Admin. The Project ID is visible on the Project Profiles page in Agent Admin.
This identifier is required to receive web enquiries for the project from REA.
Master Listing ID - Is used internally and is also required to receive web enquiries for a project from REA.
You can locate the Master Listing ID by opening the master project listing in Vault. This is typically the project listing used to upload the project to property portals. The Master Listing ID is the series of digits shown at the end of the listing URL and can be entered into the project's Master Listing ID field.
Add a project
To create a new project:
- Go to: Settings > Properties > Buildings/Projects
- Enter the project name
- Enter the Project ID (optional)
- Enter the Master Listing ID (optional)
- Select + Add
Filter properties by project
You can filter properties by the project they belong to using the main property filter.
To filter properties by project:
- Go to: Sales > Projects
- Select the required project from the available filters
- Apply any additional search criteria
