About portal loading access
Portal loading permissions determine who can manage and publish listings to property portals.
If the Manage Portals button is not visible, your Access Control Level may not have permission to access portal loading features.
Access is managed at the Access Control Level and Consultant Group level by your office administrator.
Enable portal loading permissions
An administrator can grant portal loading access by updating the Portal Loading permission within Access Control Levels.
- Go to: Settings > General > Access Control Levels
- Select Listings > Portal Loading
- Click Edit
- Click the + button
- Add the required Access Control Level, Role, or Consultant Group
