We have built an integration with Before You Bid https://www.beforeyoubid.com.au/
The integration allows you to include a URL in the SMS that is sent out to all prospective buyers following an inspection. The link will be unique for that attendee and clicking it will open up the BYB Assist web survey.
The attendee can complete the survey which includes questions on whether they would like to be sent a contract for the listing they attended and also if they would like a market appraisal.
To enable the BYB integration navigate to the Integrations screen and find the 'Before You Bid' tile, click the enable checkbox for the offices you wish to enable it for and then generate the token.
This token will need to be provided to the BYB support team. Once the integration has been enabled you can navigate to the SMS screen (Settings > General > SMS) to configure the automated SMS that is sent following an inspection. Ensure you include the BYB URL merge field in your message.
After the inspection takes place all attendees will be sent the SMS. If they complete the BYB Assist web survey and they request a contract or a market appraisal a note will be sent back into Box and Dice and this will be added to the Sales Listing. The note will be marked as 'Important', allowing you to unmark it as important once you have taken action.
