InSiteLogic is a platform that focuses on Projects and capturing buyer information.

The API integration allows InSiteLogic to create a contact in Box+Dice and apply a category to that contact. The category will be the project name e.g. 'The Palms'.  This eliminates the need for both manual contact creation and category assignment within Box+Dice, streamlining your process for sending targeted marketing communications. 

To enable the InSiteLogic integration navigate to the Integrations screen and find the 'InSiteLogic' tile via Settings > Integrations > One-way Integrations. Choose a default consultant and click the Enable button, then tick the checkbox for each office you wish to enable it for. Click the Show token link to view/copy the API token. This token will need to be provided to the InSiteLogic support team.

If you ever need to change the default consultant, return to this tile and click the Configure button.
The default consultant will be recorded as the creator of any contact created via this API, and will also be who any new categories are assigned to.

  • Contacts will be created if they don't already exist.
  • Existing contacts are determined by matching name and either email or a phone number.
  • An existing contact may have their email or mobile updated by InSiteLogic if the field is blank in Box+Dice
