Learn how to create and edit a proposed advertising schedule from the Appraisal screen.
Creating a proposed advertising schedule lets you show your vendor exactly how you plan to market their property. It helps you present clear options, including costs and campaign details, so they can choose what works best for them. Whether you're using a template or building a campaign from scratch, this step sets the tone for a transparent and professional relationship right from the appraisal stage.
To create a proposed advertising schedule, you must first create a campaign.
To create a new campaign:
- Go to: Sales > Appraisals
- Select Address
- Click Campaigns
- Click New Campaign
The New Campaign pop-up box will be displayed.
- Select Campaign template (optional)
- Enter Campaign Name
- Select Campaign Funder
- Add Campaign notes
- Click Save
The campaign will reflect on the Campaigns tab.
If you choose a template, you can change items as required.
If you are starting from scratch:
- Click Add a new group
- Select Group
- Click Add a new line
- Select your item
- Repeat until you have built your campaign
- Edit the Estimated price or discount as required
You can create one or more campaigns, with each campaign generating a proposed advertising schedule. This gives vendors multiple options to choose from.
- Tick the checkbox/s beside the Campaign name
- Click Save to PDF or Send PDF via E-mail
- Select a report template
The system will generate a proposed schedule report ready for the vendor sign-off.
