About email reports in email designer
Email Designer automatically generates a report every time you send an email. These reports help you understand how your message performed after delivery, including whether recipients opened the email or clicked any links.
Reports become available immediately after an email is sent and remain accessible from the Sent section of Email Designer.

All successfully sent emails are stored in the Sent tab of Email Designer. From here, you can reopen any message to view its content and reporting details.
To view sent emails:
- Go to: Email Designer from the left-hand navigation menu
- Click the Sent tab
- Select the email you want to review
The email details page opens, displaying the subject line, sender, send date, and recipient count, which matches what you see in the Sent list.
