Commission settings and permissions overview
Controlling commission permissions ensures that sensitive financial information is only visible or editable by the right people. By setting these privileges at the office level, agencies can:
- Protect confidentiality of commission data
- Ensure staff only see information relevant to their own office
- Give managers flexibility to oversee multiple offices where required
- Reduce the risk of accidental changes to commission records
Set commission permissions
To assign office level commission permissions:
- Go to: Settings > General > Access
- Click Listings > Listing Details
- Click Commissions
- Select Privileges:
- View only their office - Allows viewing commission information for the office only
- View any office - Allows viewing commission information for all offices
- View their authorised office(s) - Allows users to view the commissions tab for listings in their authorised office(s)
- Edit their authorised office(s) - Allows users to save changes to the commissions screen for listings in their authorised office(s)
- Edit only their office - Allows editing commission information for the office only
- Edit all offices - Allows editing commission information for all offices
- Select the relevant Roles or Groups to assign these permissions to
