About staff commission settings

Staff commission settings in Box + Dice allow you to preset commission percentages for staff, helping to speed up adding commission details to listings. By defining preset commission splits for List, Manage, and Sell, you can ensure consistency and accuracy across the platform.

How it works

There are two main methods for commission settings:

  • Simple - Pre-set commission percentages for List, Manage, and Sell
  • Tiered - Set thresholds for commission percentages, where the split changes once a specific target is reached

To configure simple commission settings for a staff member:

  • Go to: More > Staff
  • Select the staff member from the list
  • Click Commission Settings
  • Enter commission percentages for List, Manage, and Sell
  • Click Save to apply the settings

To configure tiered commission settings:

  • Go to: More > Staff
  • Select the staff member and Click Commission Settings
  • Select the Tiered option
  • Enter the preset thresholds for each commission split (List, Manage, Sell) based on a specific sales target

The percentages will automatically update when the sales target threshold is reached.
