The Mobile contact category controls which contacts are eligible to sync to a user’s phone when CardDAV is enabled. Access to this category determines who can sync contact details from Box+Dice to their device.

Control access to the Mobile contact category
You can control who can sync the Mobile contact category using role‑based access settings.
To manage access:
- Go to: Settings
- Click General > Access
- Select Contacts > Contact details > Contact categories
- Select Apply Mobile contact category setting
- Remove or add roles or consultant groups as required
By default, all roles are included. It is up to the agency to decide which users should retain access by adjusting these role assignments.
