The caller ID feature in the Box+Dice mobile app allows you to view client information during incoming calls and display your details when making outbound calls. This helps ensure you always know who is calling and keeps your contact information visible to clients.
By enabling caller ID, you can improve communication efficiency and maintain accurate contact visibility across your device.
Enable caller ID features
To enable caller ID for android:
- In the app, navigate to Settings
- Select B+D Caller ID
Once you access the caller ID settings, enable the following toggles:
- Incoming Caller ID - Displays caller information for incoming calls
- Outgoing Contact Info - Shows your details when making outbound calls
Each toggle will prompt a permission request.
- Select OK to allow access and continue
- After enabling both toggles, tap Sync now
- Wait for the app to complete the contact sync
This ensures your contact information is up to date and displayed correctly for both incoming and outgoing calls.
