About lead flow
Lead Flow is designed to improve your prospecting processes by bringing all your appraisal leads into one central place. It supports sales agents, managers, and business owners by making it easier to identify, manage, and act on leads.
Prospecting plays a key role in business success, with a significant portion of time dedicated to identifying and contacting potential vendors. Lead Flow addresses common challenges such as:
- Difficulty identifying which leads to prioritise
- Inefficiencies caused by switching between multiple systems
- Lack of clear return on investment for leads
- Inconsistent follow-up, leading to lost listings
By centralising data and workflows, Lead Flow helps streamline prospecting and improve lead conversion.
How lead flow works
Access Lead Flow from the side menu to open the Lead Lists screen. A Lead List is a collection of appraisal leads grouped based on your preferred prospecting strategy.
Lead Lists can be customised to suit individual workflows, giving you the flexibility to organise leads in a way that works best for you.
Lead lists can be populated in several ways:
- Manually adding appraisal leads to build your own list
- Automatically importing leads from providers such as REA, Domain Leadscope, and other integrations
- Generating leads from your database by applying filters, such as:
- Contacts who own a property and have not been contacted for over 12 months
- Owners located near a recent sale or listing
- Contacts grouped under existing vendor categories
For each lead, a Call Sheet is automatically created. This provides key information to support your prospecting calls, including contact history, recent activity, and relevant property insights.
At the end of each call, you can record the outcome directly within the Call Sheet. This data is used to generate insights and analytics, helping you understand:
- Which leads are most likely to convert
- Optimal times to contact leads
- Overall performance of your prospecting efforts
Lead Flow continues to evolve, with ongoing improvements and additional integrations planned to further enhance your prospecting experience.
