How it works

Each month, the top-voted ideas are reviewed. A report is shared with the Product Development team, and selected ideas are developed and released into Box+Dice.

UserVoice allows you to:

  • Submit product improvement ideas
  • Vote and comment on other users’ suggestions
  • Subscribe to ideas and receive updates on their progress

Provide a feedback

To submit a request:

  • Go to: Help Centre
  • Click UserVoice
  • Create a login

Note: If you can’t create a login, email cs.boxdice@mrisoftware.com to request an invitation.
  • Log your request using the provided format:
    • As an: [Admin/Manager/Staff/Agent]
    • I would like to: [describe your request]
    • To accomplish: [explain why you need it]

Example:

  • As an: Agent App User
  • I would like to: identify a caller if they exist as “My Contact” in Box+Dice
  • To accomplish: greet the caller personally and prioritise sales opportunities

You can share the UserVoice link with colleagues who may also benefit from your suggestion. The more votes and comments your request receives, the higher the chance it will be developed. You can also browse other suggestions and vote on the ones that resonate with you to increase their visibility.
