Summary
Learn how to manage your multi-factor authentication settings.
To view your MFA settings:
- Sign in to mrisaas.okta.com
- Click your name in the upper-right corner and Select Settings
From the Settings page, you can:
- Update your security questions
- Edit your contact details
- Add or manage authentication methods (e.g., SMS, voice, email, etc.)
To update your security questions:
- Click Edit Profile
- Scroll to the Forgotten Password Question section
- Click Edit
- Select a New question or Click Create your own security question
- Click Save
Note: You may be asked to verify your password before making changes.
To add extra verification methods:
- Click Edit Profile
- Scroll to the Extra Verification section
- Set up your preferred authentication methods
