About the reports screen

All reports are now available in the new Reports screen. This screen centralises reporting, allowing users to access all report types from a single location.

The Reports screen is located in the left-side menu above More.

Whiteboard or legacy reports that were previously located under More > Reports can now be accessed from the Reports screen.

  • Go to: Reports > View Legacy Reports

How reports behave differently

Reports accessed from the Reports screen follow a slightly different process compared to accessing them from their original screens.

For example, the Contact Call List report:

  • In the Contacts screen, filters are applied first, then the report is selected
  • In the Reports screen, the report is selected first by choosing Contact Reports > Contact Call List > View Report
  • You are then given the option to use a saved filter or build a new one
  • Saved filters are pulled from the Contacts screen and can be selected directly
  • The Build option returns you to the Contacts screen to create filters
  • Once filters are applied, select the contacts and click View Report to generate the report
