About report subscriptions
Report subscriptions allow you to automatically receive selected reports directly to your inbox. This feature helps streamline workflows by delivering scheduled reports without needing to log in to the Box+Dice dashboard.
Subscriptions can be configured from the Sales Listings screen, where filters and report types determine the data included in each delivery.
Subscribe to a report
To subscribe to a report:
- Go to: Sales > Rentals, or access the Contacts screen
- Select the relevant listings if needed
- Click Choose Report
- Select a Report
- Click View Report
- Click Subscribe
- Click Subscription Details
- Configure the delivery frequency under subscription details
- Click Save
You can specify how often the report is sent, ensuring it aligns with your reporting needs.
Subscribed reports are delivered automatically, allowing you to access key data without logging into the system.
Unsubscribe to the report
You can unsubscribe from a report at any time either within the report
- Click Unsubscribe from the report within the platform
- Or use the unsubscribe link included in the email delivery
- Click the unsubscribe link and confirm your request when prompted
Once confirmed, the subscription will be cancelled.
