About Online Vendor Reports
Online Vendor Reports provide vendors with real-time updates on property progress, including buyer activity, offers, and inspections. Reports are mobile-friendly and secured with OTP authentication.
Enable Online Vendor Reports
Before you can share reports, you need to enable the feature for your office group.
To enable or disable online vendor reports:
- Go to: Settings > Listings > Online Vendor Report
- Tick or Untick Enabled for Office Group
- Click Save
Customise theme settings
Templates for emails, login pages, and reports are default, but you can customise the theme settings to match your brand.
To customise theme settings:
- Go to: Settings > Listings > Online Vendor Report
- Scroll to Theme Settings
- Update colours and fonts using hex codes
- Click Save
Generate and send the report
Once enabled and customised, you can generate and share the report from your listings.
To generate the report:
- Go to: Sales > Listings > Buyer Leads
- Click Reports in the top-right corner
- Select Online Vendor Report from the dropdown
In the Report Data modal:
- Enter the Report Title and Listing views
- Add a Campaign Overview if needed
- Tick the Report sections you want to include (e.g., Listing Data, Inspections, Buyer Feedback, Offers)
- Under Buyer Privacy, Select how buyer names appear in the report
- Click Review and Publish
- Confirm or Select the Sender
- Click Preview to view the report
- Click Publish to send the report to the vendor
This will send an email from the chosen Online Report consultant to each of the listing’s vendors, containing a link to access the listing’s Online Vendor Report.
How can the vendors access the report
After the Online Vendor Report has been published, the vendor is invited to access it through a secure process. This ensures that only authorised individuals can view the report and receive real-time updates.
Once published, to access the report, the vendor will need to:
- Open the email inviting them to view the Online Vendor Report
- In the email, click the link provided
A second email will then be sent containing a one-time password (OTP).
- They will then enter the OTP they received to verify their identity
Once verified, the report will open. They can use the same link later to check for new updates.
