  • Click Publish to send the report to the vendor

How can the vendors access the report

After the Online Vendor Report has been published, the vendor is invited to access it through a secure process. This ensures that only authorised individuals can view the report and receive real-time updates.

Once published, to access the report, the vendor will need to:

  • Open the email inviting them to view the Online Vendor Report
  • In the email, click the link provided

A second email will then be sent containing a one-time password (OTP).

  • They will then enter the OTP they received to verify their identity

Once verified, the report will open. They can use the same link later to check for new updates.
